As usual, Series One brings you 3 premium cards in every pack – that’s 36 hits per box!

Look forward to the first 250 cards from the 2026-27 Upper Deck Base Set. It features 198 current stars, 49 Young Guns® rookie cards and three checklists. The iconic Young Guns® are among the most anticipated and popular rookie cards of every season, and the Series One checklist features several top rookies – Frondell, Martone, Hagens, C. Hutson...! Each box contains an average of six Young Guns® cards!

The parallel card selection is packed with popular classics and very rare cards! It includes traditional UD Exclusives® (limited to /100), High Gloss® (/10) and Clear Cut, as well as the very attractive and popular Outburst® parallels. Each box contains an average of one Outburst Silver parallel card, and you can also look for the much rarer Outburst Red (/25) and Outburst Gold (1-of-1)! Deluxe parallels, limited to /250, are also available.

As longtime Upper Deck Hockey collectors know, there are also exciting Base Set Variations. These include the popular, long-running Snow Spray Auto Variation (including Klapka, Vladař, Vejmelka...). And that’s not the only one! This year’s Series One also introduces three brand-new variation sets. We can’t reveal more just yet!

UD Canvas®, a long-time collector favourite, features NHL’s biggest stars alongside the best Young Guns® rookies – an average of six per case (12 boxes). Series One contains the first 120 cards in this set. Each box contains an average of four UD Canvas® cards. Look for Black & White variants and Printing Plates used to produce UD Canvas® and UD Canvas Young Guns cards!

The popular plastic insert Population Count is back with a new design! Resembling graded-card slabs, this set features top stars and rookies in seven different print runs: /1000, /500, /100, /50, /25, /10 and 1-of-1 (Population Count 1). The lower the print run, the rarer the find! It features a mix of rookies and current players – Shesterkin, Martone, Marner, Josi, Slafkovský... The final 30 cards in this set will be available in Series Two.

Dazzlers™ returns for another season! These striking cards have a new design for 2026-27 and are available in Blue, Pink and Gold. This 150-card set includes the first 50 cards in Series One. The checklist mainly features current stars, but also includes several rookies. More rookie cards will follow in Series Two and Extended Series. Each box averages one Blue version, while each case averages one Pink version. And if you’re lucky, you could find the much rarer Gold variant!

The popular UD Portraits® insert set returns for its third season on foilboard, this time with a new design inspired by film posters. Series One includes the first 30 cards in the set, featuring star veterans and top rookies. You’ll be able to complete the full 2026-27 UD Portraits® set in Series Two. Also look for Speckle parallels!

The foilboard insert Sizzle Reel, recalling the best moments of the 2025-26 season, is back! Each card’s reverse features a QR code that takes you straight to a video of the player’s featured action. Series One includes the first 35 cards in the set. Also look for Speckle parallels!

Collect another 30 cards in the star-studded living set Holotypes (HT-61 to HT-90). These holographic cards are released just once per season and average only one per 3.5 cases. The set is packed with the biggest names! MacKinnon, Gauthier, Barkov, Hertl, Matthews, Scahefer, L. Hutson...

Foil “Soft-touch” finish. Glossy treatment. Eighteen players. Eighteen designs. Following its successful debut in the 2025-26 season, the SP card set Bootleg returns! The checklist once again features the planet’s best players, joined this year by several new superstars and stars of the future. McDavid, Calrsson, Crosby, Pastrňák, Celebrini and more!

As always, S1 also brings a whole range of new themed inserts. These include:
Debut Dates: This set celebrates the NHL debuts of 20 top rookies. Each card shows the player’s first NHL game date, their opponent at the time and a photo from that game.
Here We Go!: This photography-focused set captures star players – often rivals – facing off at the face-off.
Also look for Speckle parallels!

You may also find:
Electric Soul: Beautifully designed cards with an artistic look! Each features a player in a monochrome style against a background in their team colours. And, of course, the biggest names in the NHL are included!
Youthful Spirits: This set features 12 superstars, with each card’s background showing one of 12 original paintings by award-winning Indigenous artist and storyteller Presten Warren. Each painting was created exclusively for this set and uses the team colours of the featured player. The result of this unique collaboration is a truly original collectible set!
Cards from both sets have the same rarity and finish as Bootleg cards.

NEW: Stencils: A brand-new, stylish set with an extensive range of colourful parallels, unlike anything you’ve seen before! No conventional printing ink is used on the front of these cards. Each card features only a stencil-style portrait of the player from the shoulders up, their surname and the Upper Deck logo – all created using foil alone! The first 100 cards in the set feature current stars and top rookies, with at least two players representing each team.
Also look for the colour parallels Red (/399), Yellow (/199), Green (/99), Blue (/50) and Purple (/25)!
